The Paton Personnel Executive Management Team consists of Specialists with significant experience in Recruitment, Training and Financial Services:
	Ross Paton Managing Director Bachelor Business Science and LLB After 12-years, Ross is a well-known personality in the Financial Services and Recruitment industries, known for his professionalism and business integrity. He continues to act as mentor and technical advisor to each consultant ensuring above average market knowledge and therefore above average delivery in highly specialised niche markets. He hails from Investec Merchant Bank where he spent 8 years primarily in M&A and Specialised Finance.
	Allison Gillson Chief Operating Officer BA and HDE Allison is responsible for all operational aspects of the business and is ultimately responsible for all delivery and quality issues and management of the entire staff complement. With over 12-years experience in the recruitment industry, Allison has gained excellent exposure in both a Consulting and Management capacity. Her primary responsibility is the positioning of Paton Personnel as a leader in the Financial Services and Executive Management markets. Our ultimate goal is for Paton Personnel to hold the position of “First of Mind” in its niche areas of specialisation The majority of Paton Personnel Consultants are graduates but ALL are highly experienced individuals in the field of recruitment.
	Robyn Katz Degree: BA (Industrial Psychology and Industrial Sociology)   Robyn spent 10-years in generalist recruitment as a Senior Recruiter and later Area Manager. She left to explore her interest in people and their potential by taking on a facilitation role in the Human Resource Development field, returning to recruitment when she joined Paton Personnel 9-years ago. Robyn is a recruiter par excellence, with an insight into the human psyche and the psyche of the business world that sees many successful deals concluded. Internal Consultant:  Ellarine Vorster.
	Chané  Vinnicombe  BA ( Clinical Psychology/Sociology) Accounting & Finance* Audit * Operational Management (GM’s & COO’s)  Chané has extensive Recruitment experience. Her recruitment career started in 1996 when she  quickly moved up the ranks to  successfully run a branch  of  a leading recruitment firm. Subsequently, she successfully ran her own  Recruitment business  for three years .  Chané brings to Paton her indepth knowledge of the industry as well as professionalism and exceptional communication skills - all of which will add value to both our blue chip clients and candidates. Internal Consultant:  Verushka Singh - BSocSci (Hons) and PGD (Industrial Relations).
	Nicole Rajak Degree: BA (Hons) Clinical Psychology Trading & Treasury ( Front, Middle and Back Office) * Portfolio Management * Asset Management (Institutional) * Treasury Compliance Nicole began her career in Consulting in 2001, specializing in Financial Markets. For 3-years , she focused on Treasury, covering the full ambit of Treasury products and positions. In 2004, she moved to Investec Private Bank where she was a Private Bank Consultant for 15 months, developing tailored lending solutions for high nett worth clients. In July 2005, Nicole returned to consulting joining Paton Personnel . Internal Consultant:  Sashne Ramautar - BA (Psychology and HR).
	Suvi Ramsoorooj Degrees: BA (Psychology), PGD (Personnel Management) Human Resources * Training and Development * Organisational Development * Industrial Relations * Change Management * Procurement Suvi joined Paton Personnel as a University graduate 2000. She spent 5 years working as an IC on the Investment Banking desk and 3.5 years on the Credit/Risk desk. Suvi's solid Recruitment foundation and technical knowledge of Banking, combined with her qualifications, make her an ideal candidate for the HR desk.
	Susan Earle Degrees: MA Oxford University and PGD Personnel Management Credit Management * Risk Management (Qualitative & Quantitative) * Banking and Group Compliance * Marketing * Brand Management * Communications Prior to joining Paton Personnel , Susan spent 10-years in Human Resource Management within financial services, based in the UK and Europe. Her extensive recruitment experience spans asset management, sales, marketing, operations and technology. She has brought further financial services knowledge to the organisation together with international experience. After 4-years with Paton Personnel Susan has infiltrated the upper echelons of the primary first tier financial services companies with her mature, intellectual approach. Internal Consultant:  Kelly Hopley. BCom ( Business Management and Marketing )
	Melanie Isaacman Degree: BCom (Marketing and Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Brand Management) Private Banking* Wealth/Asset Management * Retail Investment * Wealth Management*Private Stockbroking Corporate Finance * Private Equity Specialised Finance (Project Finance, Structured Finance, Mezz, Acquisition Finance and Structured Debt Prior to joining Paton Personnel , Melanie spent 2 years at Apple IMC Southern Africa as a Retail Marketing Manager. Her role included managing all aspects of Retail Marketing, as well as the planning and implementation of the Apple Retail touch points in South Africa. This experience involved managing the employment of staff members, and ultimately introduced Melanie to the recruitment environment. Melanie is a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about recruitment. Internal Consultant:  Refilwe Kwago - Dip in Public Relations and Marketing.
	Liezel Lally Degree: BSc Hons (Biochemistry) and PGCE Property Finance, Development & Management*Credit Card, Loyalty and Dividend Programmes Liezel began her career in the Phamaceutical Industry as a Sales Representative. This is where her relationship building, client management and communication skills were first developed. Her teaching experience in the UK gave her international exposure and provided her with the forum to share her decisive and analytical ability. Liezel joined Paton from the Medical Recruitment industry where she has built a reputation for her professionalism and her delivery capability .
	Misu Ntsele Degree: Bachelor of Architectural Studies (one credit outstanding) IT Misu began her career at Paton Personnel as an IC. Her training and experience, as well as her success, led to her promotion as an EC on the IT desk.  Her technical knowledge and client relationship ability ensure excellent service delivery.  Together with Liezel Lally, Paton offers a formidable team in the IT space.
